Testing
Mould testing is an integral part of the mould
making process. We provide complete testing
services as part of our mould building process.
The tonnage of our injection machine is from 30
Ton ~ 2500 Ton. For large moulds, We will test
them in the local specialized testing factory
and ensure that quality is maintained by sending
engineers, project management and QC staff to
supervise outside trials.
We guarantee your final product will be good.
Material
We have rich experiences with the following materials:

- PPO (Noryl)
- Polyamide (Nylon)
- TPE (Rubber)
- Polycarbonate
- Polypropylene
- Polystyren
- Aceta and some special materials such as
PEEK and Ultem
Parts
Production
Hoda can supply some quantities of parts with
assembly and finishing. All moulds manufactured
by Hoda and used for in-house production are
free of any maintenance costs.
Master batches are obtained from quality
suppliers in the area to minimize problems in
color matching. Pantone and RAL colors are
available on request. All master batches are
mixed in a sterile area with ample dust
extraction to ensure no problems with spotting
occur. |
