Quality
System
At Hoda, We use a comprehensive quality control
system to ensure your moulds and parts are of
the highest standards. We are certificated for
ISO9001-2000 and model our engineering
procedures on the DIN standards widely used by
European bysiness.
We have 2D and 3D measurement equipment
including the hardness tester and all necessary
measurement machine. All equipment is regularly
calibrated and checked to ensure accuracy.
Our QC has a three-stage.
Incoming Quality Control
After receiving all materials and components, We
check them carefully to see if they meet the
requirement of the project. Certificates of the
steel and plastic material are avaliable on
request.
In Process Quality Control
Before being released to machining for the next
step, all mould components and parts are
checked. Plastic parts are checked throughout
production. We have quality control department
throughout the whole manufacture process.
Final Quality Control
Upon completion of building each mould, We make
the final quality check for the key points of
each mould to ensure no step has been overlooked
and the mould is of the highest quality.
Before delivery, for moulds that fit less than
350 Ton injection machine, We will make test
production without stopping for 6 hours. For the
moulds that fit more than 350 Ton injection
machine, We will make test production for 4
hours without stopping. During the process of
testing production, our engineers will supervise
it and make the video. The quality system set up by us ensure your
moulds and parts as perfect as possible.
